Feeling stressed? Fight back with this winning combination of deep massage work and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) acupuncture or cupping. Both of these treatments work on calming the nervous system, drawing out stagnation and reducing tension in the muscles.

After the back has been worked on to reduce tension in the lower back and shoulders a consultation is performed by our Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner before either the cupping or acupuncture treatment is performed, leaving the body relaxed and re-energised.
